The Torrington High School Music Department is “The Pride of Torrington”! THS Music offers 11 courses the most of any high school in Litchfield County! From Award-Winning performing ensembles, Music Theory, History of Popular Music to a nationally recognized Music Technology program THS has something for everyone!

Torrington High School Music Technology has been nationally recognized as a model program for the implementation of technology into the music curriculum.  THS has been featured in numerous magazines, music education websites and featured presentations at Music Education Conferences throughout the United States.   More than 55 schools from across the country use the THS Music Technology website as a supplement to their currculums.
