Liberate – mind, body and soul.
To me mental health and wellbeing is about looking after your mind, body and soul.
The same way, we look after our physical health. By joining a gym, playing sports, walking or stretching, we need to look after our mental health too.
To look after our mental health, we can meet with friends, take a long bath, read a book or meditate.
However, sometimes we might need extra help with our physical health and also our mental health too.
This is why Bee and Adam – Founders of Liberty Music PR, have set up Liberate, with the aim to support and promote artists mental health and wellbeing. Research has shown this is a key issue within the music industry, which is why Liberate are providing a holistic approach to support, and ensuring the artists voices are heard.
Join our live Liberate Session hosted by the amazing Rich Walker to talk about mental wellbeing, good practices and how you can start your day, week, month in a better place than you were.
