The Essentials of Music Management is a course aiming to provide a fundamental insight into the role of a manager and how diverse it is. Although there is no absolute job description for what a manager does, there are several aspects managers should be aware of, including how to build a team, the role of lawyers, accountants and insurance brokers, when your act is market-ready and much, much more.

The course takes place on ZOOM and is split up over two days.
